Chronic pain is extremely debilitating and demanding. But the physical pain isn’t the only problem – chronic pain also unleashes many emotional and mental health problems.
About My Own Life With Chronic Pain
I have lived with chronic pain since I was in my mid teens. Pain isn’t an easy companion to live with so I’ve had to learn coping skills and pain management strategies.
