Why Blogging About Health Is So Important

Posted on November 11, 2020March 12, 2023 By Despite Pain

Have you ever considered blogging about your health? I’ve often said that writing about your health can be good for you. It can be therapeutic. Posted on November 2, 2019December 3, 2021 By Despite Pain

That first post is probably the crux of what my blog is about because as anyone who lives with chronic pain or illness knows, we need to do a lot of learning.

Writing About Your Pain Or Illness Can Be Helpful

Posted on April 16, 2019January 26, 2026 By Despite Pain

I first started writing after retiring from work due to my health, when I was 28. For me, it was an enjoyable distraction. My mind was always thinking about my pain but when I was writing, it changed. I wrote poems and stories which took me to another world. There…
